Refund policy
This Return Policy applies to the Online Store adjstd.com.
1. General Provisions
- The customer has the right to return unworn goods within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing any reason.
- Returns are at the customer’s own cost and risk.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached.
2. How to Make a Return
Send the unworn product along with the completed return form to one of the following addresses:

Packages sent after 14 days, to an incorrect address, or cash on delivery will not be accepted.
3. Proof of Purchase and Return Form
The package must include a properly completed return form or one of the following proofs of purchase:
- receipt or invoice
- bank transfer confirmation or card statement
- order confirmation email or other preserved correspondence
Lack of a return form or proof of purchase may delay the processing of the return.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of its return (whichever comes first).
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
- We also refund the delivery cost up to the value of the cheapest available shipping option.
- Items showing signs of use, missing original tags, with unreported damage, or incomplete will not be accepted for return.
5. Legal Basis
Returns are processed in accordance with applicable Polish and EU law, particularly the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.
